ONLINE ORDERS

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. We ship Tuesday - Friday. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is shipped. We ship all orders via Canada post.

IN STORE PICK UP

If you are local choose this option at check out. We will try our best to pack your order as soon as possible. Please pick up your order in store at 1291C 100th North Battleford during regular store hours. (see store hours above) You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is ready. You may also place orders over the phone 306-481-5534.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Free shipping is offered within Canada on all orders over $150(before tax). A $15.00 flat rate shipping fee will be automatically applied at checkout on orders under $150(before tax). A confirmation/tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.  Once the package is with Canada Post, Craig's Boutique is not responsible for any shipping delays or lost packages. If your package gets lost in transit please contact Canada Post with your tracking number.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If Canada post notifies you that your package was delivered but it is missing or stolen contact your post office with the tracking number. Craig's Boutique is not responsible for stolen packages, please report to your local authorities.

DAMAGED GOODS

Each item must pass inspection before it is shipped. In the event that you receive a damaged item please report it to hello@craigsboutique.ca within 3 business days of receiving the item. Include your order number, an item description and a photo of the damages. We will respond as soon as we can to make the appropriate corrections. 

ONLINE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to return an item please email hello@craigsboutique.ca for a return authorization number. Include your order number, the item, and reason for exchange/return. Packages sent back without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Customers are responsible to cover the return shipping costs. Please include original packing slip with return. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and all original tags must be attached. Once return is processed you will be refunded with original payment method. If payment was a gift card you will receive an e-gift card. All accessories are a final sale due to hygiene reasons. All discounted items and promotions are a final sale.
